Welcome to LangLangLab (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "we"). The Service is operated by Huranzhijian Network Studio, Longgang District, Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), providing users with a SaaS service for trade record review and analysis tools. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before use.

1. Service Scope and Applicable Users

The Service is available to users worldwide. No matter where you are located, you may use the trade record review and analysis features provided by LangLangLab. However, you must ensure that your use complies with the laws and regulations of your region, and you are solely responsible for compliance. If changes in local laws or regulations prevent the Company from operating or providing the Service, the Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service.

2. Registration and Account

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the legal age requirement in your region, in order to register for and use the Service.
• Account information:When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal or company information and ensure that it remains up to date.
• Account security:You are responsible for safeguarding your account information (such as account name and password) and must not share it with others. The Company shall not be liable for any misuse of your account caused by your negligence.
• Account termination: If we find that your account has engaged in violations (such as API abuse, illegal activity, or excessive requests), the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and, depending on the circumstances, pursue legal liability.

3. Payment and Fees

• Plan types:The Service offers both free and paid plans. Specific details and pricing are available on the official website or purchase page.
• Payment methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and a variety of other payment methods, which may vary by region.

• Paid plans:One-time payment (not a subscription), with no automatic recurring charges.

4. AI Credits Rules

LangLangLab provides an AI review assistant feature, the use of which consumes AI Credits. The following are the rules regarding AI Credits:

• AI Credits consumption:When using the AI review assistant feature, the system will automatically deduct a corresponding number of AI Credits based on the complexity of each review analysis. Credits will first be deducted from the granted Credits balance; when that balance is insufficient, they will then be deducted from the purchased Credits balance.
• How to obtain AI Credits:Users can obtain AI Credits in the following two ways:
  1. Credits top-up:Purchase an AI Credits package; the Credits will be credited to your account immediately.
  2. Member grants:When purchasing a Professional membership plan, you will receive a corresponding amount of granted AI Credits based on the duration of your purchase.
• Credits validity period:AI Credits are permanently valid and will not expire. Credits purchased or granted to you will remain in your account until used.
• Credits freeze mechanism:The use of AI Credits requires an active Professional membership. When your Professional membership expires and is not renewed, the remaining AI Credits in your account will be frozen and temporarily unavailable. Upon successful renewal of your membership, the frozen Credits will automatically be unfrozen and access restored.

5. Usage Rules

• Lawful use:You agree to use the Service in a lawful and compliant manner and not to engage in the following:
  1. Unauthorized data scraping or API abuse that places an excessive burden on the LangLangLab servers.
  2. Attempting to hack into, attack, or disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
  3. Publishing or disseminating illegal or inappropriate content (such as hate speech, pornography, violence, etc.).
  4. Infringing on the rights of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, trademark rights, etc.).
• Account penalties:If violations are found, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

6. Disclaimer

• Data accuracy:The Service is based on publicly available data from the Internet. Although we strive to provide highly accurate trade record data, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Service availability:We will make every effort to ensure stable operation of the Service, but the Company shall not be liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party changes, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or government policies). We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Service at any time, and shall not be liable for any losses arising from the termination of the Service.
• Limitation of liability:You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Company shall also not be liable for the availability or accuracy of third-party services (such as payment processing or advertising).

7. Service Changes and Termination

• Changes to terms:The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be published on the official website and will take effect on the date of publication.
• Right to terminate:If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the Service immediately; otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you violate the terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or refund.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service apply to users worldwide. However, if local laws prohibit us from providing the Service, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate the Service. In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to China for arbitration or litigation.
